This week, we are going to learn some foundation practices : Ujjayi breathing and the Sun Salutation.
Ujjayi breathing (Victorious breath)
Why should we practice Ujjayi breathing?- Helps calm the mind.

- warms up the body.

Why should we practice the Sun Salutation?There are dozens of benefits to practice the Sun salutation everyday. Here are 5 of them:
- Improves your blood circulation.
- Strengthens the whole of the body.
- Stretches your hamstrings, your shoulders and your torso.
- Regulates your breath.
- Engages you in a moving meditation.
