Why should we practice Ujjayi breathing?

Why should we practice the Sun Salutation?

There are dozens of benefits to practice the Sun salutation everyday. Here are 5 of them:
  • Improves your blood circulation.
  • Strengthens the whole of the body.
  • Stretches your hamstrings, your shoulders and your torso.
  • Regulates your breath.
  • Engages you in a moving meditation.
