This week we are looking at balancing our energies whilst practicing Single Nostril Breathing and a Warrior Sequence.

Warrior postures are great as they remind us to stay strong mentally and physically, to keep a quiet mind so that we can see clearly what is happening. They also teach us that it's ok to decide to let things go and that we are a warrior for someone.
